4to (260 × 195 mm), [24] leaves printed in chromolithogaphy with gold. Original cream boards, upper cover titled in gilt, without dustjacket. Slightly dustsoiled, tear to head of spine with traces of old glue. Endpapers browned, early gift inscription. A good copy.
A celebrated Sangorski production, illuminating the family prayers of the Stevenson family used at their Samoan home at Vailima. Alberto Sangorksi brought to perfection the Victorian revival of manuscript illumination. Second impression.
