One leaf, vellum (168 × 124 mm), Latin text on 13 lines (both recto and verso) in a textura in two sizes, one two-line initial with marginal flourish, six single-line initials, line fillers, all in red blue and white, with burnished gold. Preserved in a modern cloth binding.
