ESTC distinguishes two editions: one ‘Printed by and for the Author’ ([1790?], pp. 162, ; Bodley and Wisconsin only), the other ‘Printed by G. Norton, for the Author’ ([1791?], pp. , 3–162, ; BL, NLS, Bodley, Essex, Illinois, Yale, Otago).
